Minutes of the 2020 AGM

The minutes of the 2020 AGM are now available. Please be aware that these are in 2 parts - July and October - and both parts form the complete record of the AGM.

There are a couple of points that I would like to highlight:

  1. Ian Johnstone has taken on the role of Membership Secretary. He has access to the official email address, and any communication should be sent to
  2. Although the meeting accepted the proposal made regarding membership subscriptions for 2021-2022, the Officers will be reviewing this when the full extent of the disruption caused by the coronavirus pandemic is known, or the end of the current season. A recommendation will be made to the National Committee for approval, and any further developments will be communicated to the membership.
