On 29th April 2020, Sven Serre, member of the BEC Umpire Assessment Panel, hosted a seminar on Zoom to discuss how to have a successful badminton career as an Umpire, including progression through the grades, timescales, vocabulary and a whole lot more !  Contributions from Bert Vanhorenbeeck, Iris Metspalu and Gunnars Lusvens along with questions from other members are also included.
